Let's keep it simple. We have enough to navigate through, and calling for our focusing during our sessions, so if your stool isn't quite the right height, or your chair's back is getting in the way, it will be worth having one of these delivered to you so that you can worry less about adjusting, and enojy flowing freely between one exercise and another.
