Practiced independently of specialised equipment, the Gyrokinesis method allows us to take the Gyrotonic principles anywhere and apply them into a flowing exercise class. Every class is designed to address the entire body, taking you into an exploration and a better understanding of your unique physical structure. We've all heard of the importance of functional movement and while most training methods have a two dimensional approach to this, the Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic methods are designed to move your body three dimensionally making it more applicable not only to all types of sport and athletic movement but also, perhaps even more importantly, everyday life.
